Imagine you just landing on an unfamiliar planet, where the local on the planet is just some unpopulated area with a open wide field or jungle. You don't see any one, or anything, but either dust,trees, grass, or a vacant road. While your wondering through this place you also notice that that nightfall is approaching, and you can see the moon and the starts of this planet. This synth patch is just the sound for that, a drone bass synth patch used to create some imaginary audience feel that would lead you or someone to be driven to madness. Luscious evolving tones derived from"garden chimes 2" (by monterey2000), run through metasynth's spectral synth with slow attacks. (check monterey2000's current license on "garden chimes 2" if you use this sound).

Some sound i made on fl studio. If i remember correctly, a synth sound that got to sound a certain way, then put a lot of reverb with a heavy compresser after.

Generic sci-fi drone. Created on a keyboard. Could be the sound of an alien vaporizing someone with some kind of ray/mind device. Or the sound of strange chemicals combining. Possibly a sudden super-dramatic character movement/drug freakout.

Simple dreamy pad that i might be using in a track, created using the calf plugins. A single file containing several octaves of c and g notes, suitable for cutting, looping and sampling. Have fun!.

A patch around the build of a complex wave form. Creating an interesting timbre is challenging and fun. I have not tried but i think this sound will loop well!.

I think i've made this out of a hg fortune synth but i can't remember which one and like usual, done in fl studio with quite some eqing applied to it too. Excuse the popping though, it's an artifact caused by the synth.

Captain, we've had reports of a strong signal emanating from the surface of klumpok b. Time to investigate. Pulsating drone from various synth samples from my analog collection. Small amount of reverb and edited/multitracked looped in roxio sound editor.

Simple patch. Two oscillators, ring modulation, lfos, vcas and digital effects. No spring reverb this time. Important module is the clock divider. Result a generative ambient patch and sound. I recorded for 1,5h. The synth gave me some strange slow crescendo. Don't really know why. This is the last 30 min. Space drone sci-fi sound.

This is a note played on my guitar and slowed down a ton. . . With some added filtration. . . Works very interestingly as a pad sound.

Needs to be faded in, but otherwise it should properly loop. Created using cubase and retrologue 2. A simple patch exploring the vsti's multi oscillators. Two oscillators plus a bit of semi-random filter modulation.

Strange sound i made with garageband.

Same patch as in electronic minute no 226 and 227 but on my real modular. I'm using a filter. Thats why i call this version subtractive. I'm subtracting harmonics from a square wave. Why are 226 blue? probably because i did it at work. . . Listening in bad earbuds. Makes you rise the bass. Lets see if i can make this wave ble at the end! i will slowly fade out the vco with high pitch. At the very end i'm switching the synth off.

There is a long tune what i made it with absynth synthesiser and i cut it to detached sounds.
